We know there is a ton of information out there, but it takes time to sift through it and figure out what’s right for you. Instead, The Curated Travel will expertly customize travel itineraries for you based on your personal tastes, interests, and travel style.

We simplify the travel planning process by creating custom itineraries for you, offering you the flexibility to book with us or elsewhere, and giving you access to exclusive deals and perks – all for a simple flat fee.

The Curated Travel is different than a traditional travel company in three major ways. First, we’re making travel planning personal by pairing you with travel experts who will help you plan the perfect trip. Secondly, we’re simplifying the travel planning process by distilling all the information available down to what is relevant to you. Lastly, we’re making the cost of travel planning transparent – we offer the travel planning process for a simple, flat rate with no hidden fees or extra charges.

The Process

It’s easy to get started. Choose the itinerary package that’s right for you and fill out a short questionnaire about your trip prior to checkout. The whole process takes only a few minutes!
You will first start the process by purchasing the package that is right for you and filling out a short questionnaire about your upcoming trip.

We will work closely with you to refine your itinerary so it is exactly what you are looking for

Once you have finalized the itinerary, we will help you book your itinerary, and you will have access to both an online itinerary and be mailed a hard copy prior to your trip.

We personally handcraft each itinerary, which is why the process varies depending on the request. On average, clients can expect to receive an initial itinerary for review within 1-2 weeks after placing their order.
We stand by our recommendations and will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your itinerary.
All bookings are included with the upfront fee. We are happy to help you book flights, accommodations, car rentals, train and bus tickets, tours, and private transfers when available.

Booking My Trip

We have partnered with hundreds of travel partners worldwide to offer you exclusive rates and perks for many parts of your travel. For example, many hotels offer our guests daily complimentary breakfast, upgrade upon availability, early check-in and late check-out when available, and a special VIP amenity. We also have access to rates that are often lower than those that are publicly available. These exclusive deals and perks are available when you book your travel through us.

Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your itinerary, so we will work with you until we’ve created a perfect trip. We will not offer refunds once you have signed off on your trip or if you decide not to take your trip.

Booked Travel
For travel booked with us, refunds will be processed in accordance to the vendor’s refund policy. For example, if you book a hotel with a 24-hour cancellation policy, we will be able to refund your booking if notified more than 24 hours in advance of your stay. Nonrefundable expenses will not be refunded.

If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, we will try our best to process the changes on travel booked with us. However, we cannot guarantee that all parts of your itinerary can be cancelled, and you will be responsible for any of these charges. In the event of a trip cancellation, you are responsible for the full itinerary price.
